Can you get seretonine syndrome from one dose?

I took my first dose of Celexa 10mg. I feel so dizzy and tired. However then I got to reading that paper about Seretonine Syndrome. Do you need to worry about this starting with 1 dose? I'm super worried

    You're fine.

    What's going on is that your body is reacting to the changes in brain chemistry from the medication.

    For most patients, this lasts less than 2 weeks.

    Try taking the medicine in the evening or at bedtime.

    Hang in there. It WILL get better.
