Gluten Free Cooking experts....help!?

I'm making an apple/ ground almond cake. It has ground almonds and all purpose flour in the recipe....so is there any ONE gluten free flour I can buy to substitute for the regular white flour? I've bought GF flours, etc and I don't make enough desserts for my GF daughter, then they all go bad......so What one GF flour can I sub for white flour mixed with ground almond that would taste good??

If ever I just found a delicious recipe for gluten free peanut butter cookies, that have no flour.

Bob's Red Mill Gluten-Free All Purpose Flour.

It's expensive, but as a one-size-fits-all flour, it usually does the trick. I usually try to make the flour last longer by mixing it 1:1 with corn starch.

Both marketers by profession, Ann and Karen both have a fondness for good food and healthy cooking. They understand the importance of the nightly family dinner and developed Relish! a premier menu-planning service (relishrelish.com). Relish! received hundreds of requests to offer the same type of service but to make it gluten-free. Because of the complexity of the product, they solicited the help of gluten-free cooking expert, Carol Fenster, to provide all of the recipes and many of her famous bread and dessert recipes!
