Is 25 a good composite ACT score? ?
It was my first time taking it and I was really sick at the time as well

"Good" isn't really a very useful word to choose here. It depends on what you're comparing the score to, and what your goal is. 25 is above-average, however is would be highly unlikely to get into a top university with that score.

Yeah, not a bad score at all. Decent margin above the national average (21) and solid for the average state or public university as well as for a first time test. If you can study with emphases on the areas where you scored lower or had problems, then you can likely perform better on a retake since you now have an idea of what the test is like. You should also keep doing practice tests, preferably from the Real ACT Prep Guide as part of the studying process.
