How long does a seller on ebay..?
Well, I am new to ebay, I generally never liked it because if you had to return a item most of it goes through paypal(i hate paypal) but anyway, I was going to replace an item as I got the wrong one from the seller, So I pay the reshipping fee, then more drama happens, so I say just give me my money back, I got my reshipping fee back but not the money for the item. Can I open a case against them to get my money back? It has been two days and still no money refunded other then the reshipping.
EDIT: Should I also wait until the weekend is over or no? I mean they sent me 1 refund but not the other. I feel like they are just jerking me around.

Contact the seller and explain that you only received one refund and not the other. Pretend (if needs be) that you think this was an accident on their part and that you are giving them a chance to fix it. See what answer you get. If the seller is apologetic and sends the other refund pronto, you'll know that it really was an accident. If the seller does not respond or tells you the refund is not coming, make it clear the you will open a case against them if you need to.
