Start Roy Helu or Mark Ingram for Week 1?

    Tough choices. Royster atop the depth chart but signs are pointing to Morris starting but Helu's been lost in the mix so in Shanahan ball that could mean he'll do the best! I'd go with helu especially if it is a PPR league

    Helu will almost certainly get the start, but more importantly he will get the bulk of the carries. Helu is a much stronger choice.
