Download the setup file, run it and Code Blocks will be installed.
Download this file : codeblocks-10.05mingw-setup.exe
The codeblocks-10.05mingw-setup.exe file includes the GCC compiler and GDB debugger from MinGW.

As for your question,if all you want is to install code blocks in Windows, go to the codeblocks download page.There you will have the option of downloading two "MINGW" installer files(stand-alone).Get the one with size 75 MB (not the other one under 29MB).Then follow the instructions in the following link if you want to program in C.
