Pokemon Card, Did I pay too much?
I recently bought the complete 1st Edition set including Charizard Holo for $150 off EBay.
All 102/102 Cards, Near mint / Mint.
I think I got a decent deal. What is the set worth, or what will it be worth in 10 years?

The Charizard 1st Edition for Base Set alone goes for more than $150, so you did good, yes. I think overall right now, the whole set (if in really good condition could be worth around $250-300, but it really depends on the person interested in them. Also, I can't say what they would be worth in 10 years, but the prices should only go up, and hold onto that Charizard for sure.
