Mae West. We all know what she sounded like in the movies, but is there somewhere in any archives...?

of any recorded interview with her to see and hear what she sounded like offstage. For one, I can't remember ever seeing her on Johnny Carson.

    She sounded much the same in real life as in the movies. She didn't tone down her accent. It was likely a natural accent.
