If you just want to do four years, go in the Corps. But if you want to do twenty years and retire, go Army. The Marine Corps is the hardest branch to advance in because of its limited size.

If your looking for a 50 50 answer then i would say go Army.

Not because the Army is better than the Marines or the other way around.

Both are great branches and please don't buy in too Marines are so much better than the Army because its not like that. Its just a misconception of people who know nothing about the military believe.

The Army, i feel can offer someone more options and be able to get up ranks faster then the Marines.

    the military is more survivable

because you work in many many units of troops but if your in the front line(SCREWED)

Marines is more a single man sort of work, the training is hard but more valuable after the fights all over.

The problem about it is if you get scared when your alone you wont survive the marines because you will be alone a lot and have to make your own decisions

well good luck what ever you choose...O you might want to look up Conditioning, its a way of making your body tougher and heal faster, Just in case you do get shot(Wink)

as a member of the united states navy, I respect a marine a whole lot more than someone in the army.

I don`t know what Troy is talking about...the Marines are all about teamwork. Only YOU can decide. Are you up for 13 weeks of grueling boot camp? Are you ready for that challenge to earn the title of Marine?

marines, more of a challenge. I'm shipping soon, and pt challenges me and i like it. I'm pushed every day, and i know iil get that X10 in boot camp.
