Pokemon Black/White 2 question?
So I'm trying to get Tetsu to call me. However, when I go to some of the specific locations you're supposed to go to get him to call you, he doesn't call. He's called me before in a few locations, but now he doesn't call. Is there a certain time i need to call him or is there something wrong with my game?

It sounds like you have gotten 10 phone calls but haven't met them over at the Ferris Wheel yet. Once you have had 10 calls, this person is supposed to call you and arrange to meet in Nimbasa City at the Ferris Wheel.
