What's the rundown on good cameras?

*So I'm trying to buy a really good camera under 200$

*I will be looking at pawn shops and craigslist just as well as any electronic store

*main use is too take pics of my two toddlers

*other uses include wildlife and photography

if I could spend 1000 dollars on a camera I would. I need something fast to capture those cute moments that may be gone in less than a second.

The run down? What does that mean?

You won't find a really good camera for that money. Good starts at about $600. Really good starts

    at about $2,500.

$200 will get, even new, a point and shoot pocket toy that may last longer than it's warranty and it may not.
