Does best buy get the motorola DROID razr m releasing September 13?

I just bought the droid razr maxx and have thirty days to exchange it at best buy. Well i just saw the DROID razr m online and see it releases the 13th of this month. Does best buy get these phone this day or is this an exclusive to verizon stores.

    I just saw it at costco wireless, so it is likely.
