    Don't care for any of them, but Ziva is the least bad. At least people will be able to spell/pronounce it.

    (How IS Zoie pronounced? Zoy? [If it's what I THINK you're aiming at, it's spelled Zoe.)

    Viva is my favorite of the three choices you have listed. Ziva is my least favorite.

    Viva is nice, it's also the word for "live" in spanish

    I like Ziva the best, but a name I love is Liva (Pronounced "Leeva") . Or Thea, which meand Queen :) Both of them is pretty similar to your suggestions, don't you think? :)
