Well, the details for your question make me want to give you a hug.
Be aware of your feelings, feel your negative feelings, let them out (constructivly) and let them go. Then you'll have space for possitive feelings. Don't just go numb, that wont fix emotions. Some good questions, Look At Your Life: Does Your Lifestyle Make You Happy? Look At Your Attitude: Do Your Thoughts Make You Happy? Anti-depressant drugs have bad side-affects, so I'd recommend natural remedies to depression.
Steps to being happy
1 Natural depression remedies: St. John's Wort, Omega-3 fatty acids, SAM-e, folic acid, 5-HTP, vitamin B6, magnesium, exercise (especially a sport you enjoy), Light therapy (sunshine).
2 Have a meaningful goal: Imagine a perfect day, where you are happy, voice record it in detail, wording it as if it IS your reality now. Keep a journal of your process in pursuing this goal. Take chances and follow your gut. Always have something you are looking forward to. You're focus angles what you are aiming for, set your focus on what makes you happy.
3 Do what you'd do if you were happy: Smile, Laugh, Be Optimistic and Do Something For Someone Else (these produce seratonin a happy vitamin) watching a comedy or a comedian could help.
3 Have close relationships (friends, family): Have deep, meaningful conversations, be exactly the qualities you want the people who surround you to possess, people are drawn to people like them. Make friends by being one.
4 Find happiness in the present: Make "ME" time, so you have time just for you, where you can do what you want. Do what you enjoy. Look around you, notice something beautiful and realize that people love you. Write letters of appreciation to everyone you have gratitude for but haven't really told. "If you are depressed you are living in the past. If you are anxious you are living in the future. If you are at peace you are living in the present." - Lao Tzu
5 Forgive: In a study of college students, an attitude of forgiveness contributed to better cardiovascular health. You could say forgiveness literally heals the heart. While it is unknown how forgiveness directly affects your heart, the study suggests that it may lower the perception of stress. Forgiving releases the negativity from heart. One thing I've tried, is writing down something where you were wronged and fully express yourself, then throw it into the fire and watch it burn, let the feeling go. How to not be bored
1 Do something spontaneous: snorkel in the tub, sing in public, try on clothes at a store
2 Try something new (spice things up): try new music, make your own design for a shirt
3 Change your enviroment: clean your room, go somewhere new, print and hang up new pictures, re-decorate your room
4 Have something to do: have something to do daily, a hobby, learn a language and whatever keeps you busy within your household, schooling and work.
5 Having something to look forward to: plan something with a friend or go on a date
Use positive affirmations
"Anything is possible."
"My circumstances do not create me, I create my circumstances."
"The only thing I can control is my attitude towards life."
"I always have a choice."
"I choose to live my positive side of life."
Well, hope this helps.. :)

It's a part of depression to lose your enthusiasm for things that you once enjoyed. Antidepressants take a while to kick in, but one day you might notice that you laugh out loud at something you see, and then you will know that you are gradually coming back to yourself. I don't think you can force yourself into enthusiasm or interest when you have an underlying depressive state, I think that it will happen in time as the situation resolves. Hang in there.

I used to feel that too because of university was depressing me.let me tell you how I overcomed that. I know the feeling is not nice and u sometimes feel like u doing the same thing everyday(4 me it was going to lectures, study and sleep evry single day). I once realised that my life was boring and used to be sad at my self. Ok the solution came when I found something I like and did it when I was free( write books). I think its true to say that find something to do(even researching on something can help u)...keep urself moving and most of all never regret on who u are...find your purpose

the number one way to make sure your not bored is too hang out with friends, dont have any, make some, friends are the one of the things in this world that can put a smile on a sad face when youve got a gun to your head. this isnt the case obviously but it will definetly help out with your boredom, i would know cause i have the exact same problem

I don't agree with the person who said you should do something you normally wouldn't do or be interested in. I think you should do the opposite. There has to be something you want in life. As far as you yourself, there must be something you really want to do with your time here on this planet. Whatever it is, you need to do that.

try doing something that you would never in your life do. For example, if I was in your position as myself I would try acting or dancing. Just do something new and out of your comfort zone.
