how do i focus in school?

in school my brain always gets fried by the end of the day.i started middle school about 4 weeks ago and im going CRAZY! that school is so boring i get there by 7:45 am and leave 3:00pm so at the beginning of the day im tired by the end of the day ive almost fell asleep.today my math teacher almost put him self to sleep,that's how boring it was.theres nothing to look forward to exept getting out of school which just makes my work worse.and math last teacher only lets us write in blue or black pen and i always forget and get in trouble for it .did i mention my science teacher ya hes the worse,3 of my teachers are turkish and i cant understand them (no offensee to turkish people but i cant )and my science teacher is just SO boring! he gives us the most stupid homework ever and i jaust want to do lab expirements insted of talking about STUFF I ALREADY KNOW its like that in afew of my classes even in my advanced classes so ya.i really need help on focusing and dont say drink coffe to wake up or stuff like that.
