Once resolved or in voting you can't delete them.
To delete a question while it's still open, go to the question , pass your mouse over the pencil icon in the toolbar below your question, click Delete Question.

All you can do is hope it is reported as a violation even resolved questions can be removed that way.You could try emailing the YA team y_answrs_team@yahoo.com
explaining as to why it (they) should be deleted,. however Yahoo will only delete questions if they violate the community guidelines or reveal personal contact information (e.g. email address, phone numbers, address etc).
The same as above pretty much applies to your answers.

You can only delete open questions yourself via the Edit button.
Resolved questions with a best answer and undecided questions in voting cannot be deleted by users and go into a database that can be used for searching. They can only be deleted by Yahoo!.
The deletion of resolved questions with a best answer and the deletion of undecided questions in voting are covered by the Yahoo! Answers Team in http://suggestions.yahoo.com/detail/?prop=answers&...
Unfortunately, Yahoo! cannot delete anything that has ended up in Google and/or other websites.

Ok, you asked a question and in four days if you haven't picked a Best Answer like you're supposed to, the question will go into voting and people will vote for what they think ought to be best answer. Once that happens the question becomes pernenate property of Yahoo Answers and will be used in search engines.
So like one answer said, you can't.
