If both flushes are exactly the same except for the suit then it's a tie unless otherwise there's a house rule. An example of a tie would be:
hand1: qh 10h 9h 7h 4h
hand2: qs 10s 9s 7s 4s
where 4h="4 of hearts", 4s="4 of spades" etc.
Otherwise the higher-ranked flush wins (hand1 is winner):
hand1: qh 10h 9h 8h 4h
hand2: qs 10s 9s 7s 4s
Only exception comes when all the cards are sequential as well as the same suit, aka a "straight flush" (hand 2 is winner):
hand1: qh 10h 9h 8h 4h
hand2: 10h 9h 8h 7h 6h
