Clicking on "Next" should do it. If not, try shutting down your browser and restarting it. Even try shutting down the computer.
If everything on your computer is always slow, you may have a computer that does not have enough RAM for what you are doing, and perhaps a newer one might help. Can't diagnose further from this great distance.

Make sure the tab at the top of the page says "open questions" instead of "recommended" (or something like that). I've found that it keeps switching me back to recommended.
