Best way to develop abs?
i have just started to run around 3 miles a day and have a solid diet plan and was wondering what the best way to start to develop abs. i have been doing regular crunches and was wondering what else i could add to help tone them up better/faster?

Remember to take a day off when training. This is the day where your muscles will start to repair themselves and become stronger. Pull ups help with developing abs. Also, vary your crunches and sit ups. Just because bicycle crunches are better than normal crunches doesn't mean you should only do bicycle. Instead, do both.

Sounds like you're already doing the right thing, however consider using protein shakes as they're help your muscles repair faster and you'll get results faster. Jackknifes are pretty good for abs as well.
