Give me your list of top 5 scary games?

I would have said slender and dead space but besides that I can give you:

1: Condemmed

2: Fear

3: Doom 3

Well, to start...you can't say "give me YOUR top 5" and then say "But don't list these games..."

My top 5 would be this:

1. Amnesia: The Dark Descent

2. Resident Evil series

3. Condemned series

4. Penumbra series

5. Silent Hill series

I think Slender deserves an honourable mention as well. The first few times you play, you'll have nightmares. But its a one trick pony...once you get used to it, its not scary.

I think Amnesia, SCP CB and Penumbra are scary because you are not able to fight against the monsters, you can only run or hide.

When i played Alone in the Dark for the first time, i was very little so that's why it was even extra scary.
