What song might this be?
I only remember some words which to me now were something like " She was 14 years of old". That's the only bit that sticks cos it sounds odd like that. Also i'd be tempted to say i think it may be Jethro Tull though not sure it is, though i guess that's perhaps a clue of the music style.
Oh also.. ive searched Google and you tube, tried everything i could think, all variations of wording i could see it might be and had no joy. Hence coming here. So any suggestion is appreciated.

One possibility - John Stewart, Fire in the wind. It contains the words "she was ... 16 years of old". I can find him, but not the song, on YouTube.
