Scotland fans, how would you describe Craig Levein as a manager?
Arrogant or an idiot?
He knows what the fans want yet he refuses to give them what they want and tells them, i pick the team, not you.

Stubborn, negative and arrogant. Forrest put in some decent crosses the other night but usually there was only Miller in the box and he is useless in the air. It's as if he has told the midfield players to stay out of the opposition box!

I see im in a minority here.
I think i would describe him as "in it for the long term" unlike prevision managers he wont be heading out at the first big club to come along. He isnt merely focusing on putting a team on the park to win things now, he is focusing on bringing on the youth in this country.
Some people have accused him of "having his own little empire" given what we have seen of the sfa in the recent past do you really blame him for taking the reigns and not trusting it to them?
As for fans picking the team who you kidding weve all been down the pub and if you asked 12 people for there starting 11 you would likely get 12 answers. 13 if you asked the same guy twice. While i dont agree with CL choices im glad its in his hands and not the fans.

Well he's no Walter Smith that's for sure. As far as I'm concerned he was the last guy to have any success. It's hard to say because I think if you put any manager in there he's still stuck with the same players, none of which are anything special. Scotland doesn't have players like this anymore so what we need is a strong emphasis on team work. Like South Korea. They play as one and are very hard to break down, they usually do well in tournaments yet no player in particular stands out. Scotland don't pass the ball well, they don't keep it well, defense is abysmal.

Arrogant but , theres something wrong with the people who appointed ,him ,something s wrotten is scottish football when every other team in the worlds improving and were not ,you cant blame the youth system or under 21 s for that ,certain players in rescent years got Burley the sack ,now are back in the scotland squad critisizing the fans they should never have got the opportunity to play for the team again

He is tactically naive, but whats worse he wont admit he got it badly wrong. There should be no sentiment in football the SFA will drag their heels from one failure to the next. That team was crying out for a leader in the middle of the park he hasnt a clue i hope he does the decent thing but i wouldnt hold my breath

Levein should change the way he is playing, who plays ONE striker up front... Kenny Miller and Rhodes up front should = a strong enough attack to get goals and win games.

He recently opened a £6 million sports complex in Port Glasgow, he turned up in a pair of jeans and a lumberjack shirt.
Just about sums him up....total idiot but arrogant enough to not realise it.

...not overly convinced either way if I am totally honest.
Seems a bit negative to me, especially as we DO have some decent players.
Was a legend in a maroon shirt, so I can't knock him, just not sure if he is up to it as Scotland manager.

A stubborn C*nt who cant take critisism. I hope he goes sooner rather than later, get shot of him now and we might salvage something in this campaign
