heat soaks up a lot of moisture so try a moisturizing/nourishing hair mask. i like macadamia oil hair masks but anything with moroccon or argan oil in it is good. the loreal professional hair mask is good too, my hair stylist uses it on me. it's available in my local superdrug but if you can't find it in your stores, try online. other good brands for hair products are Chi and also Aussie. Aussie is not 'intensive' but it's great for a weekly treatment. Make sure you DO weekly masks to restore your hair.
basically any hair mask from a good brand like loreal, tresemme or pantene with descriptions such as 'restorative' 'replenishing' 'moisturizing' 'nourishing' or anything that provides moisture is good.
You can do an at home oil mask as well. my hair stylist does it too but it's easy to do at home. Buy oils such as castor oil, vitamin e oil, jasmine oil, coconut oil, argan oil e.t.c. (you can buy them online) and mix a small amount of each in a microwaveable dish and microwave for about a minute (or less depending on how powerful your microwave is). it needs to be warm. then just apply to your hair, put your hair in a braid, then put a towel on your pillow and sleep on it over night (put a shower cap on also to retain heat), then wash it out in the morning. this will give the mask time to soak into your hair.
there's also masks such as mayonnaise mask, egg masks, vinegar and sugar mask, avacado mask, milk mask, coconut milk mask and so on. just use any of the ingredients mentioned, heat it up (Except the eggs because you'll end up cooking them), then throw it on your hair and leave either overnight or for a few hours.
i like to switch up my masks each time i use it also because my hair gets used to the masks otherwise
good luck!!

Get a weekly hot oil treatment and a monthly regimen of using REAL AND RAW COCONUT MILK for 1hr on your hair.
