My legs are still prickly after I shave?

I've tried switching razors and they still get so prickly. I'm only 16 and all of a sudden they just stopped getting soft. I'm not going to wax them and I've already tried exfoliating and putting lotion on after, it doesn't work. Someone please help me!

Im 13 and I shave. Maybe the blades of the razor are blunt or not close enough to the skin?

Dont take my advice on shaving. I cut my leg last night 'cause I was in a rush to leave for a friend's. <_<

hair is the fastest growing part of you and when you shave it grows even faster and thicker it an even grow back as soon as a couple of hours. there are creams like nair that kill the hair at the root and make it come out more fine but it will grow back your not a kid anymore this is just the life of a normal adult body
