What is the mathematical relation between Space,Time and Matter/Energy?

There is the Einsten relation between Matter and Energy as E= MC2. My questionco relatedhis can be co related to Space and Time

    The Lorentz transformations give rise to many specific spacetime equations. Some of them are:

    Elapsed time t′ in an inertially moving reference frame, compared to elapsed time t in a stationary frame:

    t′ = (t)√(1 - (v/c)²)

    Addition of colinear velocities u and v:

    Vtotal = (u + v) / (1 + uv/c²)
