I think I have food positioning?

Yesterday, I ate Taco Johns, and about 6 hours later, this ugly sick feeling just came over me. So, I went home layed down and tried to fall asleep. After about half an hour I just started puking, like everything that was in my system. My stomach still hurts a little, and I'm sipping water. Do you guys think this is food poisoning, since it just came out of nowhere like that?

    Sounds like food poisoning to me. Report your experience to your local health department right away!
