Me and my friend were pulled up beside each other in our vehicles. our vehicles were about a foot apart. after we were done talking he pulled away and hit my pickup in the back bending in the whole fender thing in the back and pulling out the bumper? how would my insurance pay for this? or would it? because all i have currently was Liability only. I've read sometimes no fault collision is squeezed in there with it? or will i have to seek money from my friend? any input would be greatly appreciated.

Yesterday, I ate Taco Johns, and about 6 hours later, this ugly sick feeling just came over me. So, I went home layed down and tried to fall asleep. After about half an hour I just started puking, like everything that was in my system. My stomach still hurts a little, and I'm sipping water. Do you guys think this is food poisoning, since it just came out of nowhere like that?

I bought a Seagate Free Agent Go Flex hard drive awhile back and have been using it with my Acer Laptop running Windows 7 Home Premium and this weekend I will be getting the new Macbook Pro with Retina Display 512 GB model. My question is will I be able to just use and view the data currently on the hard drive like normal? or beings its a mac will the hard drive need to be reformatted? and how should i go about getting all my music and onto my mac in order to reformat the Hard drive?

So I got keyed awhile back, and I had read on here that if you take rubbing compound you can blend the paint to hide the scratches. So I did that with some Turtle Wax Rubbing Compound and it worked somewhat but what I did not notice until later was that, it had made the clear coat look cloudy. This is all on the right middle of the tailgate. My question is to you guys what works best to restore the shine to the clearcoat? Because I would really like my tailgate to look normal again. An agent took my iPhone while i was being investigated for arson, can he legally keep it for as long as he wants with just probably cause? Because i would really like my phone back. He took it on friday. By the way i live in south dakota.

My town has a curfew from 10 PM to 6 AM, i was out at 3:30 AM in my own vehicle. Can i still get in trouble in my OWN vehicle? I am 16. I also have a Driver's License that says i am allowed to drive anytime i please? So my question is can the cops seriously nail me for being out after curfew in my OWN vehicle? It wasn't like i was walking down a street or something....

Ok, so me and my girlfriend have been going out for little more than a month... She has had past boyfriends... Nothing to serious I think... Anyways I'm pretty sure she would like me to kiss her but I'm just not sure... Like she's put me in a position a couple of times where we're pretty close to each others face... And last night we were looking through a magazine together and she seen a couple kissing in there and she was like that'll be us :) I'm pretty sure she wants me to... But I don't know how to do it... I've never actually had a girlfriend before... So Ive never even kissed anyone... Not even on the cheek.... So help me out here guys... How should I do this? Or should I?

i have two tickets from a tribal officer.... one for reckless driving and one for reving my engine (some big fancy word for it)..... im white and its a native american officer and tribe police people that pulled me over.... am i legally obligated to pay the tickets since im not affiliated with these people?

i just repainted my pickup and a put a gloss clearcoat on it. i can wash it and dry it and drive it around and dust will stick to it. like its just attracted to it or something. is there static electricity or something that causes the dirt to be attracted to it. it never did this with the paint that was on it before i repainted it. i could go weeks without it getting dirty. is there a wax or something or another clearcoat that i can apply that will prevent this ????

occasionly my controllers have a substance on them i have 5 controllers and they sit in the same area and only one stick out of them all will get this weird substance on it just wondering what this substance is because it wipes off really easy

i got a free blackberry torch from att because i was included in part of the switch from alltel to att. i love my torch so far. basically the thing im wondering though is if i were to buy a blackberry playbook april 19th will i be able to surf the internet on my playbook from the internet off the blackberry torch. i know they RIM is promoting their secure bluetooth for linking them together but if i can also get internet from my phone and put it on the torch i would be very happy. will this be a free feature, or will i have to pay an overpriced tethering plan?

They can't handle the customers they have right now. I pay 55 dollars for high speed 1 megabyte Internet that isn't even 1 megabyte it's always half that or a little more. And the only time I can game online is in the middle of the night because there bandwith is so bad. There my only option but is there anyway I could make then step up there game? Because I have asked them why they don't increase there bandwith and straight from the manager was that if they increase there bandwith it will cut into there profits.

my birthdays in a couple of days and ive been looking all around for some things i could get... ive been looking into tablet computers alot right now? motorola xoom or blackberry playbook?? maybe??? ive also been debating between another subwoofer and amp for my pickup.... any other suggestions... i dont want an iphone or a ipad.... i also have all the gaming consoles and games you could think of so thats out of the question

Ok so I have a vizio tv I purchased from walmart in september. It has the two year service agreement thing. The tv has a small dark spot right under the v in the vizio logo. How do I take this back? What do I need to take it all back? Original box? Remote? Manuals? And when I take it to them in the electronics section are they going to plug it in and look at it themselves? Or what do they do with it? Do they just give me a new tv or do I have to wait for them to order one which is not good because my local walmart is 90 miles away

right under the V on the vizio logo on my 47'' 1080p 120hz class E lcd tv there is a dark spot. when i look at it above it it is really dark and blocks the picture. when i look at it straight in front of me i can barely see it but it does really stick out when the screen is white. its only about 1 inch by 1 inch. what should i do? i did get the 2 year service plan for it from walmart. should i take it back and say theres something wrong with the screen or will they plug it in and look at it themselves?? just wondering what i should do because the little black spot is really annoying me because its not supposed to be there. lol

i want a droid soon and i dont know which one to get. i am coming from a blackberry tour. will the droid pro works for me because it has the blackberry style keyboard? or will it be different for me due to the fact that the tour keyboard is slightly curved and the pro keyboard is straight across. or should i just get the droid 2? which phone will last longer through the day? which phone feels better in your hands? im going to check the verizon store out 2moro, but before i go, i just want a little heads up of what i am to expect
