"These people" didn't break the law YOU DID,.......... so yeah you have to pay the fine

.......or do you think that your so entitled that you above such trivial matters

The jurisdictional situation varies from place to place, but like the other person mentioned, if they are cross-deputized or the tribe has a good relationship with local non-tribal police or courts and they help to enforce these tickets, then the simple answer is "YES." You have to pay the fine for these tickets like they were from any other police officer. However, in some cases tribal police can't enforce their tickets on non-tribal members. In these cases, they could ban you from entering the reservation.

I would say though...that if they were issuing tickets to non-tribal members in the first place, they are probably cross-deputized and the jurisdiction is clear on that rez. I know many locations that use BIA police officer have cross-commissions in the local non-tribal departments (e.g. Sherriffs office) and they go to Federal law enforcment training in AZ.

If the tribal officer who issued your ticket has been cross deputized, you may be obligated to pay the tickets even if you are not affiliated with "these people".

Since you're "not affiliated with these people" maybe you should drive recklessly and rev your engine somewhere beyond tribal land. Then you won't get tickets from "those people".

A ticket could be the LEAST of your problems to be real about it. On MY side of that fence it's not the USA , YOUR 'rights' do not exist on MY side that fence. Which means, they could have taken you out of the car, beat the hell out of you or worse an there would be NOTHING to do about it, NO RECOURSE. Simply for the fact you went WILLINGLY INTO ANOTHER COUNTRY.

These are the rules some of them want to put on illegals. "they're non citizens they have no rights"

Think about that, and just pay the damn ticket.

  • oh well of course if you are WHITE you don't have to pay any damn native cop then!

    (sarcasm off)

seriously your attitude is insulting. if you went to canada and got a ticket would you decide you don't have to pay it because you aren't affiliated with those people? of course not. your type of attitude is reserved for native people whom you consider to be beneath you right? after all you should only be taking from native people..not treating them like equals. how dare they think they can tell you what to do.

and yet whites still deny being arrogant and privileged.smh

The best advice which I can give to you is to just pay the tickets since it is not worth trying to ignore them or fight them.

    Good Luck To You!
