Should this be LAW?

I understand diversifying for maximum profit,

BUT since this is a fund for govt pension, not private Shouldn't they be obligated to invest here at home instead of betting against the home team?

Did the old alternator check, removed the HOT connection from the Battery, engine shut off.

Replaced the alternator, same check , still shut off.
