What are tje odds that a women can be pregnant with little to no symtoms?

Ok so i ask this because i had spotted two days ago it was only once when i wiped and no more after that. I do feel like a want to throw up some times after eating which is not really a big red flag for me because i do some times get that way after eating. I also feel sick with car rides. I have headaces but thats more then likely because i dontdrink water. Can you actually be pregnant and not feel anything. If so when should i test. Also my husband and i have been trying. I dont know when to expect a period because its been all off track for 2 months now after a early miscarriage in july. Thanks you for readin!!
