Where do you find solace?

Everytime I feel the gloomies and that the whole world crushing my soul, I always listen to Keane, Under The Iron Sea. It never fails to calm me down and it really helps me cope with my social anxieties, troubles in life, and uncertainties. I've been doing few years now. I just feel really mellow, as he sings in that sweet voice of his. Funny thing is that this is the only thing that does it for me. Although one artist that comes close is Vincent Frank. I was just wondering if anybody else feels exactly the same way about anything.

Update:

@TherapyNeeded: Therapy, counselings? Sounds like a lot of money that I do not have. Although if I had enough money for that, I probably would not need therapy. I would be happy with the money, thanks.

You guys are missing the point, please read the whole thing, especially the question and the last sentence.

Update 2:

@Elluna: I did not realise you were referring to the band Keane, but my method of calming myself down. I was so interested in other people's means of calming down, that I did not think somebody would have the same preference. I know none of that really makes any sense, so... I am sorry.

Well listening to Keane sure does work...

Edit: I didn't miss the point. You asked if there's anything that does the same for me. And yes, there is.
