What's your fee for finding someone to back my no-electric, no-gas car that will run forever?

I am only good at putting this idea down on paper. I need someone who can be my agent and can put the big picture together. I am very serious about this. Please only e-mail if you can help. We will be dealing with very-very large sums of money before this operation in complete. We will be doing away with the gas engine so I expect quite a reaction from the Far East.
