What should I call shrimp in vegan language?

Hi everyone, I'm planning to open up a vegan restaurant soon so please help me out to save the animals. What do you think I should call meat immitation such as 1) vegan shrimp 2) vegan beef and 3) vegan chicken? For example...chick-un, beefless..etc. Thanks!

    If you're making the shrimp with tempeh, you could call it "Shrimpeh."

    you could ask the people who run the vegan and vegetarian

    restaurants as well as the health food stores in the state where you live.
