Cuánto dinero debe pagarse a un banco que hizo un préstamo de $300 000 si se reembolsa al año capital e interés y la tasa aplicada es de 0.24 anual convertible trimestralmente?

Al cabo de un año los $ 300.000 del préstamo se habrán convertido en
M = 300.000 ( 1 + 0,24 / 4 )^4 = 300.000 x 1,262477 = $ 378.743,09,
que será la cantidad a reembolsar por capital e intereses.
El problema no tiene otra dificultad que la de convertir el tipo nominal del 24% en el correspondiente tipo anual efectivo ( 26,2477% ).
