Absolutely not. cardio after weightlifting. always.

cardio doesn't burn significant amounts of fat unless your glycogen stores are low

yet for your weightlifting to be effective you need that glycogen to perform effectively

so why would you spend 15 minutes doing cardio to burn fat (when it hardly won't if at all) and making yourself weaker when it comes to lifting weights?

lift weights, train your muscles, deplete some of your glycogen Then do cardio. it's much more sensible and effective this way. you maximize potential fat loss with cardio and you don't reduce your strength in the gym.

just don't go too crazy with the cardio unless you want your bodies using your precious muscles for fuel. 10-15 minutes after your lifts is just fine.

to lose belly fat just keep doing what you're doing, but make sure you're at a slight caloric deficit (10-15% should do fine)

    good luck.

It doesn't matter. You should do what feels right to you.

"Cardio" has not clear meaning. It's a slang word and a good word to avoid. We have no clue what it is you are doing when you say "cardio". You could be walking, skiping, jogging, running, sprinting, hopping, crawling....how are we suppose to know. And, if we don't know what your are doing, how can we answer your question?

In spite of the above, it really doesn't matter which comes first. If you have an aerobic workout and an anaerobic workout and one does not effect the other, it makes no difference to your body which you do first. However, if one leaves you too fatigued to do the other properly, then you need to try changing the order. If that doesn't work, then put some rest time between the two...try doing them on different days.

    Good luck and good health!!

for my area i aerobic in the past weights...i presumed it became continually sturdy to heat the muscle mass up in the past you bring up. what's likewise truly sturdy to loose weight and get into shape is do what they call a means artwork out approximately two times a week. Run for 15 minutes, hop off carry out a little reps, once you experience your heartrate start to decelerate hop on the motorbike for 15 minutes, then weights, then 15 minutes on the stair grasp and so on. Its think to the burn the main energy and make you extra lean. for my area, i think of i could drop of lifeless although this is nicely worth a shot.
