is my computer safe with it's current panda antivirus?

My work computer has panda 2009 antivirus software on it, is it still safe? does that update or is it too old to be very effective?

    Panda is not really the greatest, or at least, not in my experiences. I'd recommend Avast or AVG rather. Also, 2009... ouch... That won't be protecting you against anything at all. Update, now!

    Panda Cloud Antivirus is free and current if you are worried. I would say you are safe with what you have though. As long as your database is up to date.

    Yes. Panda is not a effective AV and you have a old one. So its time to switch your AV program to another AV.

    You can take Kaspersky,Bit Defender,McAfee....

    however old it may be it still protects your computer but if you want your computer to be safe then you should download norton360 for free
