what is a meter side bar?

I had a customer request a 200A meter can, but needed it to have "side bars". What are side bars and is anyone available of an example through Square D, GE or Cutler Hammer? model numbers would be greatly appreciated so i can look them up!

    After some 50 yrs.using equipt. like this ...I don't recall ever running into an item such as this.....There is an item called a side grounding bar that you may need sometime....But I never heard it called a "Side Bar "
