What are my chances of getting accepted to UVA for Early Action?

I plan on applying to UVA November 1st, and I was just wondering if anyone could guess my chances of getting accepted. I have a 4.0 cumulative GPA, am taking the most rigorous course-load possible at my school with a total of 7 AP classes, I am ranked 5th in my class, and got an 1860 on the SAT and a 650 on the Biology SAT Subject Test. As for extracurriculars, I seem to be lacking. I've held a steady job for the past four years, have accumulated around 50 hours of community service so far as an ICU volunteer at the local hospital, but have only started participating in clubs my senior year. Oh, and I'm a first generation college student. I know that my SAT score is a little low, but I'm taking it again on the 6th of next month, just in time to submit it with my application. Any ideas?

Your job counts as an extracurricular and will make you stand out. However, your SAT score is low for UVA. Your odds of getting in are better if you're from somewhere in Virginia that doesn't send a lot of students to UVA. If you're from Northern Virginia, you'll probably have too much local competition to get in unless you can really raise that SAT score.
