so.. there is a guy named tanner. he's a sophmore im a freshman. i liked him, he knows it. he wants to be just friends. how do i strengthen our friendship?? i only see him 2 times during the day and we dont have the same lunch
he refused to give his phone number for some reason.. even tho i already have it. not going to text him, though.. it would be weird.

Try hanging out with him outside of school. Since he just wants to be friends, but knows you like him, tell him that just as friends you want to hang out. Exchange phone numbers with him if you haven't already. If you guys have mutual friends try going out in a group with them when he is invited.
