Milk in millions of liters being poured on idols everyday in India. Can't it be given to the needy?

Liquor of millions of liters drunk in parties, it can also be better used for poor people. World does not work like this.

These things have become more popular because of the various TV channels all showing various babas (godmen) and sadhus (saints). Poeple who once did not pray now go out to feed a black dog or a white cow.

Religious beliefs are more stronger than realities in life. All religions condone such wastage oblivious of the needs of the poor.

millions of dollars spent to shoot 15 seconds of a dance scene of a bollywood movie, in amsterdam. just 15 seconds, rest of the movie is shot locally in india.

could they not have spent that money on reforming their slums?
