Se usa la fórmula para serie uniforme la cual es
....... ....i (1 + i)^n
A = P ------------------
...........(1 + i)^n - 1
En donde
P = valor presente
A = valor de la serie uniforme
n = número de flujos de la serie uniforme
i = tasa de interés periódica
En nuestro caso tenemos de datos:
A = ?
n = 4 semestres (2años)
i = 16% mensual
P = $65 000 000
Reemplazamos en la fórmula
..................... ...(0.16) (1 + 0.16)^4
A = 65 000 000 ------------------------------
......... ......... .......(1 + 0.16)^4 - 1
A = $23 229 379.52
RESPUESTA: Debe pagar $23 229 379.52 semestralmente.
