Can an operating system be built on the Unreal Engine technology?
I'm asking because I think if the operating system was built to take full advantage of the graphics processor unit, it would be a lot faster and I think the amount of things that could be done in a small space could be broader...?

I built an operating system to do very simple things like printing a string, adding 2 integers. etc.
it took me like 6 months to code. building an OS is not easy,
every existing OS is based on one layer after another.
and clearly they are not made to utilize graphic processor.
