Why does my iPod camera make my acne look worse?

I looked it up and it say the flash might be doing it but iPods don't have flash so could it be the light on the iPod

    Haha the question made me so at a loss for words for a 2d. besides yeah I have the 4th gen and that i said my scars/zits were a lot extra seen, that's because it doesn't particularly have a "melt device" like maximum cameras do.
