Lose 50 pounds in 9 months is it possible?

if so any advice on What to eat. what type foe workouts.

    Entirely depends on how much you have to lose. Say you are 200 and want to get to 150 it's going to be more difficult for you than someone who's 500 and wants to get to 450.

    A combination of weight lifting and cardio for exercise will make it easiest for you. The more muscles you have the more calories you burn sitting around.

    If you aren't a good runner I suggest coolrunning.com couch to 5k plan. It's a ten week program with very realistic goals that will help you build up your max mileage.

    As far as lifting. If you can't go to a gym... Yayog (you are your own gym) is a great program you can download the app on your phone. Easy to follow and build upon no matter what your current fitness level.

    8 minute abs on youtube and south beach diet supercharged. I lost a lot of weight doing those.
