Super speed. It's almost like having super strength because how am I moving that fast? Plus, if I was carrying a pole and went super fast and hit someone with it, it would probably cut them in half. Plus, if you go fast enough, it makes the world seem like it's sitting still, because motion is relative.

What kind of speed are we talking about? Do you mean fast like the Flash and Superman? In order to move that fast you'd need powerful muscles, so you'd probably be super strong and super fast if you chose the super speed.
