Training a Lhasa-poo to bark appropriatley?
I bought a Lhasa-Poo puppy 1 month ago and he is very protective of me. By that I mean whenever my girlfriend comes over and we cuddle he gets very mad and growls at her. When I put him out of the room he whines and makes me feel terrible. Im wondering if there is a training method to make him leave my girlfriend alone while still being protective?

You should seek a trainer. This problem will only progress. Are you correcting the dog when it acts like this? If not, you should be. Most people feel that it is sweet that the dog is protecting you-but it isn't. The dog is making you its territory and claiming ownership over you. That is NOT ok. If you are one of those people who pets the dog and says, "awww....its ok" then you are just adding to the problem. Petting or sweet talking the dog when it acts like this is only rewarding the behavior. I STRONGLY recommend that you put a stop to this NOW. By the way, please consider adoption for your next dog. Good luck.
