what can i do for my leg?
im a dancer and the other day when i was warming up my leg was killing 2 days before my legs where aching and couldnt walk.
i can walk now but when i warm up it hurts and i cant dance what can i do ?

Have you gotten it checked?
If not, then have it checked for a more professional advice.
Also, I think it is best if you rest for a while. Over-exercising and etc can damage.

I'm not quite sure how to break this to you, but I'm afraid you might be turning into a swan. This is a rare condition, but it can happen to professional dancers who have been working too hard. Pretty soon you will see more symptons, such as feathers sprouting out of your arms, and your eyes turning bloodshot red. For a while you'll have an itcy back, due to the feathers starting to emerge. You will be frightened when your legs contort into those of a swan, and your feet start sticking together. Your neck will also elongate to the size of a swan's neck. The most painful moment comes when gigantic wings actually sprout of your back.
Good luck with trying to cope with it. At least you're somewhat prepared now. :)
