If you're considering bankruptcy, you should probably sit down with a bankruptcy attorney in your area to discuss your financial situation. Many, if not most, bankruptcy attorneys offer free consultations to sit down and discuss your financial problems and consider whether or not bankruptcy is the best option, or if you can even file, etc.
And, of course, there may always be other options, but until you sit down with someone and review your situation, you'll never get a good grasp.

National Debt Line you can't just jump out of debt these people have some respect and can deal
with big companies to help you it's no good trying to sort it out yourself because no one will take
a blind bit of notice of you.
