Help with someone using my sisters email address?

create anew email address and just give it to who you want to have it .Unfortunately you will get the odd one coming through

I've had this before, sometimes people make mistakes with email, but I don't think this was a mistake since your sister, is not a guy called James.

It's either that or the website perhaps is a scam and a virus.

Either way, block the email and change the password of your sisters email, if that doesn't work then make sure to de-activate the email then make a new email, if you can't figure out how to delete the email your sister has, then simply leave it and just make a new account.

If you've never heard of it, search up Convergys Discount Program Virus, and sometimes people put if its a VIRUS to warn other people, thats what I had to do when I got a virus. (They are pains)

step one, change password of the email

step two, add a recovery email (in case)

step three, add a security question for your sisters email

step four, mark those emails as spam,

step five, never hear from them again,

you can change your email address and password at any time you want .if you keep email address then change password right now .

Change the password to the account.
