SPOTIFY Where does the music come from? Do individuals like myself submit music files - or -?
- does the Spotify company select and load its own music.
Some of the music I'd like to find thru Spotify isn't available there - but I own it on CDs, so - can I contribute?

No you cannot contribute.
Spotify pays loyalties to music producers and distributors for the right to redistribute the music. Some of those rights are limited to certain countries.
